Our mission statement says it all:
"Patch Works is determined to provide peace of mind as well as personable, simple and understandable yet cost-effective solutions to the average computer user who otherwise may not repair their computers due to the high cost at large in-store locations."

Founded in 2011 Patch Works is here to provide a better option to clients looking to repair and maintain their computers. We promise to explain what is going on in simple terms and educate you about the process instead of simply repairing the problem, charge you for parts and services you never needed and ask if you want the extended warranty for an additional $394.

We want to be your go to resource for ALL of your IT needs including computer repair, virus removal, data backup, network support, upgrades and even when it comes time to replace your system with something more modern.

After leaving the Walt Disney Company in 2011, I needed something different. I had grown up building computers. The first PC I helped build was in 1992. It cost nearly a thousand dollars and was built for the sole purpose of playing Wolfenstien 3D. I was the guy that everyone always called when their system made a funny noise, slowed down or ran out of ink. So I figured why not make it a career now?

I began to analyze the market and immediately noticed a problem in the way things were. If a user encountered a problem and brought their computer to an in-store service center they could expect two things; a high price tag and little personal interaction. That is not acceptable. Why should you pay outrageous prices and never fully understand what is going on? You do not need to understand the technical jargon, but you should at least be kept informed and allowed to know what is going on with your computer. This is why I started Patch Works.
